A Bespoke Bangtail strap usually takes about 20 - 30 days to be created, depending on the availability of materials and stock. Bespoke orders are non-refundable owing to the complexity of making, but we ensure every requirement of yours is in agreement before we begin the project.

Over a decade into leathercraft gives us the expertise of the artistry and a deep insight into what makes the craft truly great. A knowledge which we apply to our work every day. We have the made the whole process of getting a Bespoke Bangtail extremely simple and non-tedious. All one needs to do is fill out a form stating the requirements with details of the watch. Once we get the requirements, our team will get back to you within 48hrs with a creative solution and an approximate quotation. Alternatively, one can simply reach out to our designers and share the necessary details, and we will take it up from there.

At any given time, our Atelier keeps a certain stock of materials to work with. While all of these are premium quality real leather, they differ in terms of colour, hides, thickness, patina, etc. During our design discussion, we will share a folio of the types of leather we have in our stock. You can use that as guide to your Bespoke watch strap. Or you can share your ideas with us and leave it completely to the experts. We are here to help you with all your watch strap needs.

Truly speaking, there is no ceiling to how much one can customize their Bespoke strap. But it mostly depends on the materials we have in stock. We deal in exotic and premium leather of varied colours and hides, both vegetable and chrome tanned. At the moment, customers can choose from Stainless Steel and polished Brass hardware, even having their personal name/logo laser engraved for a personalised touch. However, this shouldn't refrain you from sharing your ideas with us. Our team is always ready to provide you with the best solution. At no point do we try to force and substitute what you want with what we think works.

Since there are no double takes for a Bespoke project, we make sure each requirement and specification is looked at before we even get to the drawing table. We take about 30 days for a customised project which includes design discussions and keeping you updated at every stage so that we make sure all your specifications are met to the tee, before being dispatched. A Bespoke strap cannot be returned or replaced and we make sure it never come to that.

For any Bespoke project we make sure you are constantly updated about the progress, and that each specification is met before being finalised and dispatched. This entails keeping in mind the correct wrist size, the model of the watch, thickness of the leather and comfortability. All such details are conveyed to the customer before getting a go-ahead on the project. We encourage customers to be specific about their requirements because we do not allow return or replacement of Bespoke straps.

Like all other straps on the site, the cost of a Bespoke strap is calculated based on the type of leather and hardware used, and the complexity of the procedure and man hours spent. A quick browse of our selling products should give you a fair idea of the expected amount. However, Bespoke straps will be quoted slightly higher than the products for sale on the website. The final price will depend on the full specifications of the project. All quotations shared are free of cost, including a design consultation.
